FRESH TURKEY & HAM ORDER FORM

All order forms need a $10.00 deposit and must be received by Nov. 21, 2008 for Thanksgiving and by Dec. 20, 2008 for Christmas. Ham deadline listed below.  Please send order forms to the above address and make checks payable to Johnson’s Country Market.

(All turkeys are free range and all natural. They are USDA inspected and have a pop up cooker to show when they are done cooking.) (All hams are from Hatfield Quality Meats.)

Turkeys available from 15 – 30 pounds, hams available in spiral & boneless, and will be available for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Turkeys and hams can be picked up from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. November 25^th  and 26^th  for Thanksgiving or December 22^nd and 23^rd for Christmas.
